Order processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, or new product launches.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to update your tracking status.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address at checkout.

Lashxculture is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout will not be refunded or replaced due to the customer address errors.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at Lashxculture@gmail.com. Address changes may not be possible once your order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, email lashxculture@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the items and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

All Lashxculture sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
